Eadie's Online Workshop with Westchester Community College returns!

Starting June 13, 2022

This online workshop is perfect for people who want to sing but can't return to in person rehearsals.

Eadie will be continuing with her Cabaret Performance Workshop through The Westchester Community College. For six weeks on Monday evenings. This will be an online zoom class and the final class will be an invite guests opportunity to watch and hear you sing! dates are:

June 13, 20, 27, week off, July 11, 18, 25

Cabaret Performance Workshop 


Begins Tuesday July 5-August 23

PERFORMANCE IS Tuesday August 30th at 7 pm at Don't Tell Mama

6:30pm to 8:30pm

This workshop will be a tribute to the music written by Jule Styne and Charles Strouse. With shows like Gypsy, Funny Girl, Bells are Ringing, Do Re Mi, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, Sugar, Peter Pan, Bye Bye Birdie, All American, Golden Boy, Superman ,Applause, Annie, Rags and more, there is a wealth of material to choose from. Each performer will sing 3 songs. 


Workshop culminates with a final performance at Don't Tell Mama. Workshop limited to 6 people.

8 weeks of two hour workshop with live pianist, 9th week is sound check and performance.


Cabaret Performance Workshop

This popular workshop is for singers who love to perform. Perfect for all types of music including pop, jazz, broadway and standards. This class is the perfect transition for anyone who has experienced performing in groups and wants to have more experience with solo singing. Each performer will sing 3 songs. Workshop culminates with a performance complete with piano.  Limited to 6 students.

Vocal Salon

This is where it all began! 

The Vocal Salon was created for singers who want to work on new material without the stress of a final performance. This provides an opportunity to really break down songs and approach them with a healthy vocal perspective. We work on everything from keys, breathing, placement, approaching vocal hurdles and much more! It's like vocal coaching with a voice teacher and pianist in one. This is a fun way to perfect your craft and material in a relaxed and supportive group setting.

Private Voice Lessons : Ongoing 

Taught by Eadie Scott

Private voice lessons include:

Proper breathing and healthy sound support, vocal placement, working on range and blending and negotiating between belt and mix and head voice. Vocal warm ups and exercises to improve endurance, managing different material in terms of style, and much much more. Eadie has be teaching voice and healthy singing for over 20 years. Her students run the gamut from children learning to sing and experience music; cabaret performers who want to work on vocal endurance and microphone technique to Broadway performers preparing for auditions. Lessons are one hour in length and taught in a midtown west location.

Working on strengthening your voice and technique is a solid investment in your longevity as a singer and also a great way to keep singing when you can't commit to a workshop.

This workshop is all women with a female band and we are focusing on music written by women or strongly identified with or about women. We will focus on vocal balance, placement, and great story telling. Perfect for all types of music including pop, jazz, broadway and standards. Workshop culminates with a performance complete with piano, bass and percussion.  Limited to 6 students. 10 sessions including tech rehearsal and performance.
